Auto export Word or RTF file to computer

I'd love to be able to set the system to automatically export a Word file to a chosen folder on my computer when I close. I try to remember to export a local Word file as a backup when I'm done with a writing session, but I'd like for that to be an automatic thing I could turn on.

I would love this! I'm also a person who regularly does the export-to-Word backup when I remember it, but I'd love an automated system like 'send a backup to this e-mail address every week' or 'send a backup every [x]k words'.
