Arrow keys to scroll

Request from customer: "I can't scroll with my arrow keys. The side scroll bar is very skinny and it is difficult to control the speed of a scroll. I know skinny is in, but for my aging hands, it feels difficult. Many programs allow to use the arrow keys for scrolling, which makes a smoother experience, less overshooting of what I'm looking for."
