Better Formatting control: paragraph styles and such

I'd like to be able to assign paragraphs to a "style" or "class", to better control over the variety in visual flow of my novel… if that makes sense?

I use justify when writing in docs because it feels less messy to me. It would be great if we could change the paragraph style! A lot of people like to center the text for songs/poems as well
