A publish option

A feature that I feel would greatly improve this extension would be a publish option. By this I mean there could be a button in the bottom of the taskbar that lets you publish your book. You could copy the link, or read it. It could maybe turn it into a PDF. Anything works, just as long as it gives you the ability to wrap it up and put all of the strings together, make it feel done and over.
