To-Do
For any given section, I sometimes have a To-Do list (i.e. 'make this more about character A instead of character b', 'rewrite dialog,' etc.). Right now I put this in scene notes, but it makes it pretty overloaded, and it'd be awesome if there was a way to see a master to-do list derived from every scene.

I just created a 20-item Punch List for working through my nearly complete (<19K to go!) First DRAFT. I did this in TRELLO. How wonderful if it were right here with everything else! Love this cloud-based home away from home for writers! -

CaraCould this also be put in the home page so I could make a list of what I want to accomplish if I’m working on multiple projects?

IvyI would love a place to put my To Do Notes for the whole project or multiple projects. Would be extremely helpful. Right now in Notes gets a little hard to find or manage.

AprilWould love to enhance the simple-to-do-list-with-checkboxes to include a Next Time . . . I could fill out at the end of my writing session, ellaborating on where to start and what to do. This would eliminate the decision-making delay, adding precious productive minutes to my session.
In a perfect world, the NEXT TIME would show up at my next log on. Dabble would still start wherever I LEFT OFF, (love LOVE love THAT feature) but with a click somewhere in Word Tools, my NEXT TIME . . list would appear!
How I love this software -- cannot ever hope to count the ways! -

n c mercadothis would be so divine. I like having a list of beats I'm trying to hit during the scene and this would make it so easy to track

ElizabethAdding a vote here. I made a list of all the things I want to accomplish in the first part of the book, introducing characters, scene setting, etc. Right now, I have it in the Plot section, but they won't necessarily flow in order and some will be parsed out over several scenes. I'd love to have a to-do list as part of the program so I could check off that I've covered everything I wanted to.

John BredesenI would add my support to this one. I think scope would be important on this. The scene card helps for the current scene. The problem comes in when I think of things that I need to do elsewhere. This can be an any other scene, chapter, the overall book, or even a series. Another possibility might be to have EASY access to those other cards without leaving the scene. Then I can just add the To-Do into those cards.

JWI would love to have the ability to use a code in the manuscript (like telling Dabble to read brackets and put whatever is inside into a separate 'to do' list that would auto update. Someone told me they do it in Scrivener using \{([^}]*)\}.
