Format Options
I'd like to be able to select the format of each of my notes rather than have one overall setting. For example in some notes I'd like to be able to have single-space, but when writing a scene the book format is helpful.

M MacKinnon MergedAs a writer I need to undo things I’ve written quite frequently, and there seems to be no easy way to do that. It’s usually a counterclockwise arrow icon. Currently I have to go into the shortcuts menu to undo, and that’s just not efficient.

Neriah MergedI am writing a story about a girl struggling in high school because of the reputation of her older brother. The book should be based on her diary, but I would like her to have handwriting. Not just any font, though. All the fonts in Dabble don't fit her kind of style. It would be nice if I had fonts to choose from. Please consider this idea!

Wander MergedWhile writing within a scene, it would be nice to have the ability to change the font family of individual words. This would be a game changer for writers who dabble (ha) in non-traditional genres, and who need a visual (re: different font) to represent character voices, new types of scenes, or just want a more stylized look in certain places.
On a personal note, this feature is literally imperative for a non-traditional story I'm working on. There's no way I can make the story make sense without the ability to change the font family of the first word of certain paragraphs. So I would much appreciate any effort into making this happen, thank you! -

Amberlynn Jean Wolfe MergedI understand (and love) Dabble's simplistic design and reasoning for having minimalistic set up, so us writers can focus more on our words and far less on making a page look pretty (seriously, Dabble does all that on its own and I can't begin to express how much I appreciate that). That said, I think it would be nifty if we could import (and remove) fonts from other sources (such as Google Fonts, etc.).
While the selection Dabble does have isn't bad by any stretch, sometimes there's just that *one* font that unclogs the creative well (and sometimes, at least for me, I like to swap to specific fonts dependent on mood / scene, or sometimes depending on which character I'm writing a scene with). Sometimes simply switching to a different specific font can get me out of a writer's funk.
I'm not certain how much of a pain it would be to implement such an option, but if ever it was a possibility, I think it'd be a really nifty feature. Either way, Dabble's awesome ❤️ -
