Addition of short stories

I am writing a book of short stories and am totally lost as how to separate them . I don't need a new chapter for each story. Is there a book for dummies?

Hi Jean, I also have a book of short stories and went through this. The hierarchy is book->part->chapter->scene. I tried using a Part for each story but I only ever had one chapter so I ditched using parts and just settled on chapters. One story = one chapter. When I finish, I imagine that I will need to clean up the chapter headings, etc. on the export to Word and formatting for distribution. Still working on the finishing things. Smile.
