Carry characters over to next book

For those of us that write a series, being able to carry specific characters and locations over to our next book would be amazing. No one has this capability yet and it's a pain to have to redo character profiles for every book in a series and location profiles as well.

Agreed! Another option that could work instead (or in addition) is the ability to add a second (third, fourth....) manuscript to a project, to keep all the books in a series together, and using the same worldbuilding/character resources.

I believe that being able to send character and location profiles to another project would be awesome AFTER this feature is updated. Please coordinate this with the template piece. Thank you!

I think a charachter/location cartotek in general that can be linked to the different projects would be a good tool for writing a series.
The same with the thesaurus mentioned in one of the other request. So these count for the entire program, not just a project.

Agreed. Should be able to link another project to another project, especially for those with different titles but in the same universe.

Characters, research etc. All of my work is intertwined. It's hard to get out of what I am doing to research information I have in another project. would be nice to link that information where I need it. Perhaps and information database with the ability to link that info to specific work.
