Something like the scene cards but perpetual notes per project. For example. While I'm doing my rewrite I want to be cognizant of the fact that my character speaks fast. I want a little note on the side to remind me. "Nox speaks fast!" Or another one that I could have used, "Sage likes to quote movies." Things that aren't actually scene notes but for the whole project.... reminders so they are always there when I'm typing so even in focus mode.
