External User Commenting/Limited Editing

Feature: Ability to generate signed urls with time limited access to specific books/chapters/scenes and configurable ability to read or comment (maybe even suggest edits).
Why? This would make it easier to gather feedback from writing groups or early readers without them needing to subscribe to Dabble just for that. As well as possibly share these stories in the writing communities as early previews.
