Be able to add plot points while in the chapter instead of having to go to the Plot section

Be able to add plot points while in the chapter instead of having to go to the Plot section. I see that you can add a scene but I want to add plot notes as I am writing and it is disruptive to have to go to the plot section to add it and then back to the chapter.
