Smarter Chapter Numbering on Tablet/Mobile

When creating new parts or chapters on the mobile version, the program automatically numbers the chapters in numerical order regardless of where you are adding the chapter. For example, Chapter 1 and 2 were previously under the primary scene for the book. I added a "New Part" to the book followed by a new chapter. The chapter was auto-titled "Chapter 3". Going back and adding a new chapter to the first part titles it "Chapter 4". Adding Part 3 and a new chapter titles that "Chapter 4". This makes everything seem out of order. Each part should have it's own chapter numbers and adding chapters to different parts should auto-rename the chapters in that part in sequential order like Microsoft Word does.
