Ability to change background colour/contrast
Being able to change the background from a stark black-on-white to something like black-on-pale-blue/yellow would be much easier on people with scotopic sensitivites (common in dyslexics, for example). I've been using dabble for over a year, and I love it, but I do find that from an accessibility point of view I get really bad eye strain after about half an hour due to the black/white contrast.
being able to shift this colour to something slightly less stark would help support those users with dyslexia.

D AYES. Color changes with more options than just light/dark would be a HUGE help.

SydBeing able to change the colour of the page would be a huge help for me--it's the main reason I use google docs for everything. Sadly Dabble's dark mode is of no help. I usually write with navy type on a lilac or light blue background, and this means I can write for twice as long. So if this feature was added, I would love it if the user could control the page and type colour, rather than having pre-set themes.
