Run the application "in multiple instances"

Best way to describe is with an example:
You have an idea for a trilogy, and start at book 1.
But despite this, you develop ideas for all three books simultaneously. Perhaps you write the first few chapters of book 1, as your instincts tend to push you mostly there, but two years into it hit a roadblock. You feel inclined to revisit list of ideas for book 3, and start to write it's opening scene.

As you work on book 3 , wouldn't it be nice if you could have book 1 open on the opposite side of your screen? Perhaps a relationship that blooms in book 1 falls apart in book 3, and you want to reference? Or images in nightmares and hallucinations that continue throughout the series, and you need their footprints on the left as you write on the right?

Windows 10 has a workaround (Shift + Click app on taskbar), the app doesn't respond. It would be great for official support!
Attached is what Dabble looks like in the second "instance", entirely unclickable.
