New option for Chapters in Manuscript

I like to write scenes in a more or less random way as thoughts come to mind. Later, I would like to stitch the scenes into the manuscript without re-typing or copying and pasting them. My suggestion is to add an option in Scenes: "Add to manuscript" This option would take the text from the scene and add it to the end of the existing manuscript.
