Sepia Theme

A sepia theme would be a nice third option. The light theme can be harsh when I spend hours working, and I find it difficult to work in the dark theme due to vision problems. Sepia is a nice muted option for those who want something in between the two.

Giving us the freedom to choose our preferred text color and background color would help so much.
