Different Languages for Different Projects

I would love to have different settings in my different projects. As an examples, one of my projects is set in the UK and another is set in the US. Since I live in the US, I made my settings English (United States). But when I write something in my UK work and it'll say it is spelled wrong. "That is the UK spelling." It is kind of stressful to see a bunch of red marks in my project, even if I know they aren't actually wrong.

Hi,
It should be very useful to replace specific parts of the book on local language. For example, the name "Chapter" cannot be change to "Chapitre" (in French). So it is impossible to sell books out of English speaking country with part of the book in English.
