An option to get rid of visual scene breaks

Those * * * between every scene when viewing the whole chapter really bother me because (even if I like to divide my story into scenes for plotting reasons) I don't like to actually use visual scene breaks like those. For a writer like me they are unnecessary and get in the way of my writing style that focuses on story flow.
Because I would not use things like that in my normal writing they distract me and make me feel like I am fighting against the program since I can't just turn them off and keep wanting to delete them while I am working.
