Create multiple chaters

'Create multiple' chapter feature, type in number amount and it automatically creates that many chapters.

I really could do with this. I am in the process of transferring completed manuscript from word documents for editing and rewriting on Dabble and being able to just add 32 chapters at once, rather than once at a time would make this SO much easier!
