ChrisDK1984I have so far not understood why there is a "generic" plot grid, when I am not able to copy any generic plot grids for any other/new projects. At this stage, I use plot grids for many things:
> reminding me of story, characters, time&space in scences,
> overarching classical dramatic stages or "the five stages of ..." when a character undergoes e.g. grief
> to track editing tasks
The latter two are pretty general so that I'd like to use them for any writing project. -

MikeIn particular, the ability to duplicate (or template) an entire story project would be of extreme help.

Pieter MergedI would like to duplicate a page/scene/chapter. Not sure if this was requested before or i am missing the feature. Please enlighten me if there is a duplicate feature.

MindyBeing able to make a template or copy a format from one chapter to the next would be really helpful.

Seth MergedIt would be nice to be able to duplicate projects/folders/notes/scenes. This would allow us to setup entire project templates, as well as re-usable notes or scene templates.

Anthony PeroThis lack of duplication really cripples functionality. While I know you have revisioning, a common work flow is to duplicate a document, and have the original open while revising the duplicate. We could also easily build our own templates and keep them in a Templates folder in the Notes section with this feature. The ability to Alt+drag plot cards would be convenient as well, and to Alt+drag plot lines for duplication. That would allow us to make plot templates, and save them as well. For instance, I frequently write multi-arc stories, but each arch is structured the same way, and starts by Outlining the same seven plot points. It would be convenient to create a template of a plot grid with those seven cards already prepopulated on four or five plotlines, then just delete the plotlines I don't need.

Preston WrightI need to duplicate a folder that has many other folders with different notes inside them, and I don't want to go through the process of copy/pasting everything.
