Right Clicking to Add New Content

I'd love to be able to right-click on the sidebar to add new chapters, scenes, etc. It's a bit smoother when you have a lot of chapters.

Second this. As it is right now, it's clunky to have to click on the three little dots to get something done, when right-clicking is a more intuitive move.

Third this. Maybe it's just because I'm coming from Scrivener, but right click functionality feels like it would help streamline things.
