JenniferYes! I use The Novel Factory for this currently, as they have templates in their program and also have them available to the public for free on their website. Unfortunately, that program isn't ideal for all of the features I'm looking for.

Keith MergedI'd like to see Dabble having a facility to set up a story template. My book series are 16 or 20 chapter layouts with 3 scenes per chapter and set plot points. It's a pain to set up each book from scratch.

PatrickI'd just like to be able to create a project that I can copy/save with another name. That way I can build my own structure using Parts/Chapters/Scenes with my beats outline, then "save as" and start filling in the blanks.

LisaI would love a "Save As template" functionality in the system for projects.

Anaya MergedI'd like to be able to create my own templates, from an entire manuscript down to something like a scene card. This is a feature that I've heard being touted as a gamechanger in Scrivener, and I can see why. Customization is powerful!
An example: I just finished getting my manuscript set up. (E.g. my book is split into acts, and I have folders for research, backstory, notes, etc). It's personalized to me. I'd like to have a way to turn this into a template that I can apply in the future (on more than one project, too).
Or for things like character questionnaires or scene cards. I'd like to be able to design these, define them as templates, and then be able to use them over and over at the click of a button. You know, so I can spend more time on the writing itself!! :)
(Also, totally unrelated, but thanks to Dabble for letting us suggest features and creating such an awesome community! It's one of the reasons I'm really liking this software--I feel I'm in good hands! :) -

JEmmons MergedIt would be really great to have genre preset templates according to basic story structure elements. For example, in the 'plot section' you could have pre-built blueprints containing plot points such as 'inciting incident', 'call to action', etc. in accordance with what is conventional in that genre (e.g. romance, crime, fantasy). Even without the genre aspect, just having placeholder structure elements in the plotting grid would be really helpful.

ChrsitopherIn lieu of Project templates, I'm creating a new Project as a template, the manuscript refined, and then I will use it as an export to Word then import i to the next new project. The only thing lacking is the ability to import the Plot (I've tried using the Plot Export to Word--and it works--but I didn't succeed in pasting it in as an import the way you can with Manuscripts.

AC WildsI'd love to see this as a customizable option - making your own templates instead of something like Scrivener or other softwares have. Mine aren't complicated and that's the reason I love Dabble because it's so simple to navigate - there aren't 40000 boxes I have to fill in before I can start writing. Basically something I can fill out with all my information and then create my manuscripts based on that. I do this anyway, but it would great to not have to repeat the process with every manuscript and save a bit of time.
