Stable product but the value isn't there

I just didn't see that I was getting that much more with your software than using Word docs/track changes for free. It's far more stable than LivingWriter, though, which offers more value but in words only (no pun intended).
Something that is missing in authoring software is a complete end-to-end demonstration of how an author or collaborating authors would use the entirety of the software.
