Large Scale Change Approval

If a manuscript suddenly loses say, 1,000 words or more, there could be a pop-up to confirm this change before syncing. Autosync is a great feature but if drastic changes are being made due to editing or accidentally because my dog just put his paw on my laptop for attention, it would save some unpleasant rewriting. Just a simple pop-up that says: ____ words were just deleted, confirm changes for sync?
