Tab To Enter Formatting Options When Text Is Highlighted

When a user selects a word, have the formatting options menu pop up (Bold, Italics, Link, etc.). Pressing Tab circles through the options. Pressing Enter selects the option. Pressing Esc exits the menu.
This reduces "mousing around" and helps users focus on the written word.
