Novel Duplication
I did a search and couldn't find anything under Copy Novel, or Duplicate Novel, so I'd like to suggest this.
I make my own templates depending on what type of project I'm doing and would love to duplicate a novel (template), change the name and start writing according to the outline.

IsabelleI have a first draft completed and would like to see how it works written from 1st person POV. Copying the current project into a new project would allow me to do that. I've exported to word and re-imported into a new project but the scene titles disappeared, the structure is not entirely the same, and the plot grid is lost.
The Copy Project feature would be VERY helpful.

I would really love this feature as well. -

Rayne E BenuYes, this is actually a really important feature if you are adapting a book to another medium. I need to turn one of my novels into a script, and I was shocked to discover I can't make a copy of the project file. This is a pretty standard feature in pages, word and other writing programs. Please add this.

ChristopherCopying an existing project to a new project is a useful feature.
This will allow writers who work with outlines to have their starter framework available for each new book, without needing to manually enter it element by element.
If this is created I'll work on and contribute simple story writing templates as acts and chapters such as Blake Snyders 20 Beat (formerly 15 beats), Christopher Vogler's (Joseph Campbell's) Hero's Journey (Myth) --16 stages, Gulino's Sequence Approach (eight sequences of three parts each), and Michael Hauge's Five stages. As long as it's legal to do that :)
I'm developing my own preferred hybrid of all of their methods which I call the StoryGene StoryDev approach. If that is more legal to share then I'd share that.
